Dan went to high school in San Diego and graduated from UC Davis with an EPAP major in 2008. She worked as an organizer in Berkeley, Santa Cruz, and Los Angeles after graduation on campaigns to expand public transit, cap climate emissions, expand healthcare access, and more. She now advises students in 20 states on environmental campaign strategy, manages coalition relationships, and grant fundraising for the Student PIRGs.
