Glen Jia is a city planner and public servant specializing in land use planning, environmental (CEQA) compliance, and development review. He holds a BS degree in EPAP from UCDavis and a Master of Public Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has managed numerous major development initiatives in Southern California, the Bay Area, and the Central Valley, supporting projects that balance regulatory compliance, economic development, and community priorities. He currently serves as a Planner V for the City of Long Beach, where he manages waterfront development and advertising projects.
